ASSET trains members on customer service delivery, others

The Association of Small Scale Enterprises in Tourism (ASSET) in collaboration with the Banisto Cultural Foundation of the Kingdom of Spain has recently concluded a series of training programmes for its members. The training included courses on customer service delivery, book keeping, and housekeeping as well as gender issues.
